Terms and Conditions of Booking
Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
A deposit is required to confirm the booking:-
Flats 1-6 the deposit is £65
for the Doreen Holiday Suite the deposit is £85.
Payment can be made over the phone by debit/credit* card or by sending a cheque.
If payment is by cheque, this should be received within 7 days of your original telephone booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival for flats 1-6, but for the Doreen Holiday Suite the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of your holiday. (Please note cheques are not accepted for balances paid on arrival).
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Should for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we require 30 days notice, failure to give sufficient notice or no notice will result in the final balance being charged should we be unable to re-let the unit. If booking a holiday within 30 days of arrival date, then the full amount is payable upon booking. We recommend you take out holiday insurance, in case we are not able to re-let in time.
*For payments by credit card a charge of 2.5% is payable.
All bookings are accepted on the understanding that you accept our terms and conditions and read our access statement.
Arrival & during your stay
Flats are available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Guests undertake to be responsible for all damages or breakages during their stay.
Cars and their contents are left entirely at owners own risk. This includes any loss or damage to belongings or property however caused.
Visitors to guests flats are strictly not permitted.
We cater for families, couples and singles. Sorry but we are not able to accept bookings for large groups.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW OVER OCCUCPANCY IN OUR UNITS. EACH UNIT HAS A STATED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE IT WILL SLEEP. FOR EXAMPLE, THE HOLIDAY SUITE IS A MAXIMUM SEVEN PEOPLE, WE WILL NOT ALLOW EIGHT PEOPLE, BABIES ARE COUNTED IN THE OCCUCPANCY NUMBERS. THIS IS TOO DO WITH INSURANCE, HEALTH AND SAFETY AND FIRE REGULATIONS. We thank you for your understanding with this REGULATION that we have to be strict with, please do not ask us to make exceptions because a refusal often offends.
Small well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, but are permitted in ground floor flat 1 only. This must be pre-arranged in advance and will be subject to a small fee of £10 – please enquire when booking. Sorry but we do not accept Cats.
