We stayed here on Saturday night till Sunday morning with our son who's 5th birthday it was. We spent the day at the sandcastle and then went to the pier fair and spent some time in the arcades. We checked in at 10.30am and met Tim there who advised us on were to park the car. He then gave us the keys and suggested at great Italian restaurant in Bispham which is 4 stops away on a tram. The restaurant was 👌👌 top notch one of the best Italians we've been too very friendly, great prices and excellent quality food. They also made a fuss of our 5 year old singing happy birthday and gave him a big piece of chocolate cake it was amazing. We paid £13.50 online for a family tram ticket for 24hrs well worth it as the tram is literally on the door step and we used it at least 6/7 times. After our meal we all went back to our room and just watched tv and chilled out. The beds was really comfortable, the room was very spacious and very warm and clean. No faults at all with this apartment 6 we stayed in and we will 100% be booking here again in the future. Stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights. Comfortable, clean and all the amenities we required. Tim is a perfect host, friendly, very informative, has a good knowledge of the local area ie: where to eat and entertainment. We will go back again Sandra & Ken Williams

First time staying at empress hotel, and we certainly will be coming and using this hotel every time we come back to Blackpool. Tim is such a great host he answers any queries you may have over text, as well as in person. So polite and even tells you the nice spots for food that are closest to the hotel. The room is absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a stay in Blackpool. We have stayed in some 4/5 star rated hotels before and Empress hotel tops them in what it provides. Thank you for being such a great host, we look forward to visiting again 😁.

We have been staying at Blackpool north shore on and off for the last 12 years and hand on heart I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay as we have at empress holiday flats. Very clean and spacious, shops and tram access within a couple of minutes walk. Tim was the perfect host explained everything we needed to know and recommended some great restaurants. The flat we had was perfect for our stay and our three girls were over the moon with having their own space with 2 TV's. I would recommend choosing empress for a family or a couples stay. This is an ideal stopover and is totally as advertised. Good value for money. On our way into town I rang Tim to advise our eta and he was great at communicating where to park. He met us on arrival and was super friendly and advised us where to eat, and how to negotiate the trams, we came to Blackpool to visit the Pleasure Beach and Tim had so much local knowledge he was great. A quiet place, no nightime noise from other rooms. Excellent.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Blackpool. away from the noise and with a tram station 2 minutes away. Very Clean and with a great host and great check-in instructions (we were welcomed by Tim which was a delight to meet). nothing was ever too much for him and he even gave us nice ideas on where to eat. There is also a great cafe down the road (Cafe 47) serves a great all-day breakfast.

Stayed at the empress for a week and would definitely return again. Tim the host was a very friendly person and made us feel very welcome. Really nice appartment and have no complaints. Would recommend the appartments to anyone visiting blackpool Collette
