Stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights. Comfortable, clean and all the amenities we required. Tim is a perfect host, friendly, very informative, has a good knowledge of the local area ie: where to eat and entertainment. We will go back again Sandra & Ken Williams

Hi, we had the pleasure of staying in flat 8 at the Empress Holiday Flats, for the weekend of my nephews wedding, I can recommend this flat to anyone without any hesitation, Tim was an excellent host and from the first view of the flat I knew we would have no complaints, it was perfect for us ( me, my wife, daughter and two grandchildren) the whole flat was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had all you could need, the toilet/ shower were also spotless, the highlight for my youngest granddaughter was sleeping in the bed with the stairs leading to it Pat

First time staying at empress hotel, and we certainly will be coming and using this hotel every time we come back to Blackpool. Tim is such a great host he answers any queries you may have over text, as well as in person. So polite and even tells you the nice spots for food that are closest to the hotel. The room is absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a stay in Blackpool. We have stayed in some 4/5 star rated hotels before and Empress hotel tops them in what it provides. Thank you for being such a great host, we look forward to visiting again 😁.

We came as a family of 4 for a weekend stay to see the Illuminations. Tim was a great host, he guided us to the car park when we arrived late, and had plenty of recommendations for where to go to eat, and which trams to get on/off. We had a family room with everything we needed, it was to the back of the building which we liked as it was quiet, but the location is away from the party central anyway. And no noise from any of the other guests, ideal with two small children. Tim kindly let us leave our car parked at the back while we spent our last day in Blackpool. Highly recommend and would like to stay again, as we plan to make a stay for the Illuminations an annual event for the children.

Excellent little flat situated just out of town. Really clean and well fitted out for a comfortable stay. Really comfortable bed, super bright room, good Wi-Fi connection, smart TV, microwave and hob, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in room. Close to tram stop so nipping into town is no problem, or a longish walk along the prom. Parking available at rear or on the street. Access is through a communal space and is up a step or two. A great place to stay.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights this weekend for his birthday - Tim was so lovely and greeted us when we came in, helped me park my car around the back of the hotel and offered to take in our bags. He then gave us a run-down of all the best cafes, restaurants and bars down the promenade and gave us information on the tram (which was so helpful). The room was small and cosy but perfectly roomy enough for us and very comfortable. Tim was so accommodating throughout (e.g. the heating turned off at 10pm and I messaged to see if I could get it back on to dry some towels and he rang me back immediately to sort it out for us... and although our room checkout was at 10am on Sunday, he allowed me to keep my car parked at the hotel whilst we enjoyed our last day without the stress of finding and paying for parking elsewhere) and really made our experience better cannot recommend him enough, we will definitely be staying here again if we want another trip to Blackpool in the future.

We stayed here on Saturday night till Sunday morning with our son who's 5th birthday it was. We spent the day at the sandcastle and then went to the pier fair and spent some time in the arcades. We checked in at 10.30am and met Tim there who advised us on were to park the car. He then gave us the keys and suggested at great Italian restaurant in Bispham which is 4 stops away on a tram. The restaurant was 👌👌 top notch one of the best Italians we've been too very friendly, great prices and excellent quality food. They also made a fuss of our 5 year old singing happy birthday and gave him a big piece of chocolate cake it was amazing. We paid £13.50 online for a family tram ticket for 24hrs well worth it as the tram is literally on the door step and we used it at least 6/7 times. After our meal we all went back to our room and just watched tv and chilled out. The beds was really comfortable, the room was very spacious and very warm and clean. No faults at all with this apartment 6 we stayed in and we will 100% be booking here again in the future. Thank you for having us Tim your a very friendly guy and gave us such a warm welcoming and even carried my case bless you 😁😁xx
