Fantastic apartments, very high standard, really clean. Great tram access and a very helpful owner. Can't recommend highly enough. Will be back.

First time staying at empress hotel, and we certainly will be coming and using this hotel every time we come back to Blackpool. Tim is such a great host he answers any queries you may have over text, as well as in person. So polite and even tells you the nice spots for food that are closest to the hotel. The room is absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a stay in Blackpool. We have stayed in some 4/5 star rated hotels before and Empress hotel tops them in what it provides. Thank you for being such a great host, we look forward to visiting again 😁.

We have been staying at Blackpool north shore on and off for the last 12 years and hand on heart I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay as we have at empress holiday flats. Very clean and spacious, shops and tram access within a couple of minutes walk. Tim was the perfect host explained everything we needed to know and recommended some great restaurants. The flat we had was perfect for our stay and our three girls were over the moon with having their own space with 2 TV's. I would recommend choosing empress for a family or a couples stay. A lovely apartment. We stopped in a family room for 2 nights. We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival by Tim. Apartment was lovely,clean and well equipped. Tram stop nearby so easy to get into town centre. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Will definitely return in the summer.

Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Blackpool. away from the noise and with a tram station 2 minutes away. Very Clean and with a great host and great check-in instructions (we were welcomed by Tim which was a delight to meet). nothing was ever too much for him and he even gave us nice ideas on where to eat. There is also a great cafe down the road (Cafe 47) serves a great all-day breakfast.

Very clean and lovely apartment. Good location, just a short trip from the centre of Blackpool. Really helpful host that gives you lots of local tips etc. Would definitely come here again.

Excellent little flat situated just out of town. Really clean and well fitted out for a comfortable stay. Really comfortable bed, super bright room, good Wi-Fi connection, smart TV, microwave and hob, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in room. Close to tram stop so nipping into town is no problem, or a longish walk along the prom. Parking available at rear or on the street. Access is through a communal space and is up a step or two. A great place to stay.
