Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days

We stayed here on Saturday night till Sunday morning with our son who's 5th birthday it was. We spent the day at the sandcastle and then went to the pier fair and spent some time in the arcades. We checked in at 10.30am and met Tim there who advised us on were to park the car. He then gave us the keys and suggested at great Italian restaurant in Bispham which is 4 stops away on a tram. The restaurant was 👌👌 top notch one of the best Italians we've been too very friendly, great prices and excellent quality food. They also made a fuss of our 5 year old singing happy birthday and gave him a big piece of chocolate cake it was amazing. We paid £13.50 online for a family tram ticket for 24hrs well worth it as the tram is literally on the door step and we used it at least 6/7 times. After our meal we all went back to our room and just watched tv and chilled out. The beds was really comfortable, the room was very spacious and very warm and clean. No faults at all with this apartment 6 we stayed in and we will 100% be booking here again in the future. We have been staying at Blackpool north shore on and off for the last 12 years and hand on heart I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay as we have at empress holiday flats. Very clean and spacious, shops and tram access within a couple of minutes walk. Tim was the perfect host explained everything we needed to know and recommended some great restaurants. The flat we had was perfect for our stay and our three girls were over the moon with having their own space with 2 TV's. I would recommend choosing empress for a family or a couples stay. We shall be booking with Tim again next year and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you to Tim and his team Chris and carrie

We came as a family of 4 for a weekend stay to see the Illuminations. Tim was a great host, he guided us to the car park when we arrived late, and had plenty of recommendations for where to go to eat, and which trams to get on/off. We had a family room with everything we needed, it was to the back of the building which we liked as it was quiet, but the location is away from the party central anyway. And no noise from any of the other guests, ideal with two small children. Tim kindly let us leave our car parked at the back while we spent our last day in Blackpool. Highly recommend and would like to stay again, as we plan to make a stay for the Illuminations an annual event for the children.

Stayed in October with a friend whilst working at the local hospital. Needed a clean, comfortable place to stay and this was definitely it. Lots of parking on the street outside. Very nice, safe end of town. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is an ideal stopover and is totally as advertised. Good value for money. On our way into town I rang Tim to advise our eta and he was great at communicating where to park. He met us on arrival and was super friendly and advised us where to eat, and how to negotiate the trams, we came to Blackpool to visit the Pleasure Beach and Tim had so much local knowledge he was great. A quiet place, no nightime noise from other rooms. Excellent.

Very clean and lovely apartment. Good location, just a short trip from the centre of Blackpool. Really helpful host that gives you lots of local tips etc. Would definitely come here again.
