We stayed here on Saturday night till Sunday morning with our son who's 5th birthday it was. We spent the day at the sandcastle and then went to the pier fair and spent some time in the arcades. We checked in at 10.30am and met Tim there who advised us on were to park the car. He then gave us the keys and suggested at great Italian restaurant in Bispham which is 4 stops away on a tram. The restaurant was 👌👌 top notch one of the best Italians we've been too very friendly, great prices and excellent quality food. They also made a fuss of our 5 year old singing happy birthday and gave him a big piece of chocolate cake it was amazing. We paid £13.50 online for a family tram ticket for 24hrs well worth it as the tram is literally on the door step and we used it at least 6/7 times. After our meal we all went back to our room and just watched tv and chilled out. The beds was really comfortable, the room was very spacious and very warm and clean. No faults at all with this apartment 6 we stayed in and we will 100% be booking here again in the future. First time staying at empress hotel, and we certainly will be coming and using this hotel every time we come back to Blackpool. Tim is such a great host he answers any queries you may have over text, as well as in person. So polite and even tells you the nice spots for food that are closest to the hotel. The room is absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a stay in Blackpool. We have stayed in some 4/5 star rated hotels before and Empress hotel tops them in what it provides. Thank you for being such a great host, we look forward to visiting again 😁.

Fantastic apartment. The space was just right for us, four ladies on a stay over and we made great use of the kitchen dining area. Parking on site which is a bonus. Met by Tim who showed us what was what and knowledgeable on places to go. Very pleasant stay and would highly recommend

Stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights. Comfortable, clean and all the amenities we required. Tim is a perfect host, friendly, very informative, has a good knowledge of the local area ie: where to eat and entertainment. We will go back again Sandra & Ken Williams

Hi, we had the pleasure of staying in flat 8 at the Empress Holiday Flats, for the weekend of my nephews wedding, I can recommend this flat to anyone without any hesitation, Tim was an excellent host and from the first view of the flat I knew we would have no complaints, it was perfect for us ( me, my wife, daughter and two grandchildren) the whole flat was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had all you could need, the toilet/ shower were also spotless, the highlight for my youngest granddaughter was sleeping in the bed with the stairs leading to it Pat

Owner is lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable about surrounding areas, restaurants to go to! Room was lovely, roomy and beds where comfortable. Very quiet of a night which was good for us as we had 2 young children. Lovely place to stay and would stay again! 5* for everything🙂

First trip to Empress, and will definately be back. Room first class, and host Tim very helpful with tips on where to eat etc. Great location for tram or walking into centre, and private parking a great extra.

We have been staying at Blackpool north shore on and off for the last 12 years and hand on heart I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable and comfortable stay as we have at empress holiday flats. Very clean and spacious, shops and tram access within a couple of minutes walk. Tim was the perfect host explained everything we needed to know and recommended some great restaurants. The flat we had was perfect for our stay and our three girls were over the moon with having their own space with 2 TV's. I would recommend choosing empress for a family or a couples stay. We shall be booking with Tim again next year and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you to Tim and his team Chris and carrie

Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days
