Apartment 1 is newly renovated (March 2019) and consists of a front bedroom with double bed and adjoining lounge with a double leather sofa bed and a 32" SmartTV. This unit will sleep up to 4 maximum. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, microwave oven, fridge and all utensils etc. Electric is by coin meter (not more than 50p/day when heavily used). This flat was graded three stars *** in May 2017 by Enjoy England. Location: Ground Floor, Front.

This is an ideal stopover and is totally as advertised. Good value for money. On our way into town I rang Tim to advise our eta and he was great at communicating where to park. He met us on arrival and was super friendly and advised us where to eat, and how to negotiate the trams, we came to Blackpool to visit the Pleasure Beach and Tim had so much local knowledge he was great. A quiet place, no nightime noise from other rooms. Excellent.

Fantastic apartment. The space was just right for us, four ladies on a stay over and we made great use of the kitchen dining area. Parking on site which is a bonus. Met by Tim who showed us what was what and knowledgeable on places to go. Very pleasant stay and would highly recommend

Very clean and lovely apartment. Good location, just a short trip from the centre of Blackpool. Really helpful host that gives you lots of local tips etc. Would definitely come here again.

Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days

First trip to Empress, and will definately be back. Room first class, and host Tim very helpful with tips on where to eat etc. Great location for tram or walking into centre, and private parking a great extra.

Owner is lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable about surrounding areas, restaurants to go to! Room was lovely, roomy and beds where comfortable. Very quiet of a night which was good for us as we had 2 young children. Lovely place to stay and would stay again! 5* for everything🙂
